In 2012 chefs Dale Mailley and Ed Murray re-invented dining out in the capital with their restaurant The Gardener's Cottage. The roaring success of their evening offering, a 7-course set-menu served at communal dining tables, proved that fresh, innovative thinking is a vital part of culinary evolution.

Dishes are artfully crafted from indigenous seasonal produce - including fruit and vegetables from the restaurant garden - by a team of creative chefs. The restaurant, a charming cottage of two rooms, is also open for lunch and weekend brunches.
